1. New architecture
The new dragon ambassador uses a brand-new ZEN2 architecture. Although the architecture name looks like the second generation, it is actually more like a newly developed architecture.
ZEN2 uses chiplet multi-chip design, which separates the I/O module from the core. It looks like driving backwards to the era of separation of the North Bridge.
