"Before, the region and various communities and villages established volunteer WeChat groups, and we will recruit volunteers and arrange shifts in the WeChat group. With more and more volunteers joining, we have adopted the way of taking the lead in the group to arrange volunteers to take up their posts. Volunteers are very active, many jobs are’ seconds killed’, but some young people will take a bye. So we began to think about how to distribute volunteers in various positions more reasonably-this is also a very important issue. " The staff introduced to the Beijing News reporter.
In order to better coordinate the volunteer service, Sanjianfang District independently developed the "3e Connect" applet for volunteer recruitment. After the online registration of volunteers is completed, the community and village staff can export the ledger in the background of the applet, so that the volunteers can be allocated to each point reasonably and nearby according to the information in the ledger.
